RETURNS WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT

• Merchandise can be returned for a refund or merchandise exchange for any reason within 14 days of original purchase; provided all labels and tags are attached and the item(s) is not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. All swimwear pieces are final sale for hygienic reasons. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
• We will refund delivery charges if you originally received a faulty product or if we shipped you the wrong item. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via standard shipping.
• We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee when applicable.

RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT

• Merchandise originally purchased from the E11EVEN MIAMI location can be returned for a merchandise exchange at the current selling price on the day of the return only if item is not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. E11EVEN reserves right to refuse merchandise exchange.
